Have these old phones lying around so I factory reset all 4 of them, erased their SD cards, installed a custom ROM on the Droid 1, removed the MDN and MIN of all 4 and set their phone numbers to 0000000000. Should I just sell them all together?

I'd like your droid 1 if it is Verizon. Looking to upgrade from my palm pre.

Bring them to your local community centre, homeless shelter, or women's shelter. These phones will often be given to vulnerable people that need to make 911 calls, but don't necessarily have the money or need for mobile calling.

That's not a bad idea at all. Thanks

It's a bit scratched up on the edges but otherwise everything works and the battery still lasts a while. It has a 2GB microSD card in it, custom Android 2.3.7 OS

What do you expect you'll get for these? Other than that Android phone it can't be much.
Anyway, I'd advice to keep at least one phone as a backup for when your regular phone breaks/gets lost.

How about keeping it as a collection?
I have quite a lot of phones laying arround as a collection. The 9500, Razr, iPhone 2G, Samsung C6625, Nokia 3310, and many others.

I'd like to back up BJ on this one. Any working phone is able to dial 911, even if there is no service plan on the phone.

They're all old phones just sitting there. Rather get someone else to use them

The Q is the oldest, dating from 2006. The rest are from 2009
